TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MEMBERSHIPS
The Weekly membership provides unlimited access to regularly scheduled Flow Republic classes and is subject to a minimum commitment period of three (3) months. Following the commitment period, memberships continue until cancelled with fourteen (14) days written notice.
The Annual membership provides unlimited access to regularly scheduled Flow Republic classes for twelve (12) months and is paid upfront. You will be notified prior to the expiration of your membership and provided the option to renew.
Foundation Memberships include the same access and benefits as equivalent standard memberships, subject to any promotional conditions published at the time of purchase.
Memberships may be suspended for up to thirty (30) days at a time and a maximum cumulative period of ninety (90) days within any rolling twelve (12) month period. Fourteen (14) days written notice is required.
Membership cancellation requests may be submitted while suspended; however, the notice period does not commence until the suspension has ended and the membership has resumed.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
PaYMENT FAILURE
If a scheduled membership payment is declined, dishonoured or otherwise unsuccessful, Flow Republic may suspend access to classes, memberships and related services until outstanding amounts are paid in full.
Flow Republic reserves the right to amend membership fees and pricing from time to time.
Existing members will receive reasonable notice before changes take effect.
CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP PRICING
The Intro provides unlimited access to regularly scheduled classes for fourteen (14) consecutive days from the date of first attendance.
The Intro is available once per person and excludes selected workshops, events, trainings, retreats and other specialty offerings as specified by Flow Republic from time to time.
INTRODUCTORY OFFER
CLASS PASSES
Drop-In passes provide access to a single scheduled class.
The Ten Pack expires six (6) months from the date of first use. Unused classes remaining after expiry are forfeited.
Class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
Bookings, memberships and purchases are managed through Momence via the plug-in on our website, our branded app and through Momence directly.
Late cancellations within four (4) hours of the scheduled class start time, or failure to attend a booked class, may incur a fee of up to $15 and/or loss of the applicable class credit.
Entry may be refused once a class has commenced.
BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
Participation in classes, workshops, events, trainings, retreats and other activities involves physical activity and carries inherent risks.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk, subject to any rights available under Australian Consumer Law and the Flow Republic Waiver and Informed Consent Agreement.
Flow Republic teachers and staff do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
HEALTH AND PARTICIPATION
Participation in Flow Republic activities is subject to acceptance of the current Flow Republic Waiver and Informed Consent Agreement.
WAIVER REQUIREMENT
Participants under eighteen (18) years of age require parent or guardian consent. Flow Republic may impose additional participation requirements for minors.
MINORS
Specific pricing, cancellation terms, refund policies and participation requirements may vary and will be published at registration.
Unless otherwise specified, registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable within seven (7) days of commencement.
Flow Republic reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule or modify workshops, retreats, trainings and events where reasonably necessary.
WORKSHOPS, EVENTS, RETREATS AND TRAININGS
All course materials, training manuals, recordings, educational content, digital resources, trademarks, logos, branding elements and other materials provided by Flow Republic remain the intellectual property of Flow Republic or the relevant content creator unless otherwise stated.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Flow Republic may photograph, film or record classes, workshops, events and studio activities for promotional, educational and community purposes.
Participants may request not to be photographed or recorded and Flow Republic will respect such requests wherever reasonably practicable.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
Students must behave respectfully, follow teacher instructions and maintain appropriate standards of conduct.
Flow Republic reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend or terminate access where behaviour is unsafe, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive or otherwise inconsistent with the values of the studio.
Students are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Flow Republic accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage except where required by law.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Flow Republic reserves the right to modify class schedules, teachers, operating hours, pricing, memberships, services, facilities and studio offerings at any time.
CHANGES TO CLASSES AND SERVICES
ONLINE SERVICES
Flow Republic may provide websites, mobile applications, online booking services, digital content and other electronic platforms from time to time.
While reasonable care is taken to maintain these services, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Flow Republic is not responsible for temporary interruptions or third-party service failures beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
