ASSISTED STRETCH

With intentionally limited class sizes, each student receives individual attention within a calm and intimate environment, creating space for a truly tailored experience.
Using bolsters, blankets and blocks for support, students are guided into long-held restorative stretches that encourage the release of physical tension and invite the body into a state of ease.

HANDSTANDS AND INVERSIONS (MONTHLY)

Held on the first Saturday of each month, this specialised class explores the strength, mobility, technique and body awareness required to build confidence in handstands and yoga inversions.
Through intelligent progressions, targeted drills and plenty of opportunities to play, students are guided through the foundations of inversion practice in a safe and supportive environment.
Whether you are working towards your first handstand or refining an existing practice, the class offers a thoughtful approach to developing balance, coordination and strength.
