Oliver, co-founder of Flow Republic, with his dog Chester overlooking the Sydney waterfront, embodying the connection, community and conscious lifestyle at the heart of Flow Republic.

Oliver is co-founder of Flow Republic, a devoted student of yoga and proud dog dad to Chester.

As a long-time student of the practice, Oliver never set out to become a yoga teacher. What first drew him to yoga was its ability to create space for movement, connection, growth and community.

His own practice has always been drawn to experiences that balance energy with intention, challenge with restoration, and movement with stillness.

Over time and in collaboration with Christina, a vision for a different kind of yoga studio developed.

At the heart of that vision was Oliver’s simple belief that exceptional student experiences begin with exceptional teachers and a considered and intentional studio experience.

Expect to see Oliver around the studio and practicing along with you.

TAYLOR BRADLEY

TEACHER | STUDENT | FOUNDER OF THE CONNECTION HUB

Taylor discovered yoga while seeking relief from physical discomfort, but it quickly became much more than a movement practice.

Through his own experience, Taylor came to appreciate yoga's ability to support not only physical health, but also mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. This perspective shapes his teaching today, creating spaces where students can explore both strength and softness, challenge and ease, within a supportive and inclusive environment.

At Flow Republic, Taylor's classes integrate dynamic movement, inversion work, pranayama, meditation, sound, and yogic philosophy. His approach encourages students to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves through practice.

Beyond the studio, Taylor is a passionate advocate for men's mental and physical wellbeing and is the founder of The Connection Hub, a Sydney-based community dedicated to fostering genuine connection, openness, and support.

Tessa, Flow Republic yoga teacher and holistic psychotherapist, practising yoga outdoors, embodying the presence, balance, and connection at the heart of her teaching.

Tessa deepened her study of yoga through immersive training in India following more than a decade of personal practice. There, she developed a lasting appreciation for Hatha yoga and its deliberate, considered approach to movement, breath and awareness.

Through the practices of pranayama and meditation, Tessa discovered the transformative power of slowing down, cultivating greater presence, energy and connection both on and off the mat.

As a holistic psychotherapist, she brings a uniquely integrated perspective to her teaching, drawing on Jungian psychology, Taoist philosophy and lived experience.

Tessa’s classes are thoughtfully designed to respond to the rhythms of the body, the changing seasons and the shared human experience.

Tessa blends grounding Hatha-inspired movement with fluid Vinyasa practice and nourishing Yin, creating space for both exploration and ease.
