Held at Flow Republic, the afternoon moves through an intentional blend of movement, nourishment, reflection and deep rest, with each experience flowing seamlessly into the next.

RETREAT ITINERARY

12:00 PM — Arrival and Settle
Settle in, meet your fellow retreaters and begin with intention-setting, an introduction to the space and an overview of the afternoon ahead.

12:15 PM — Extended Movement Practice (120 mins)
A two-hour continuous movement journey, with Christina, Corinne and Sarah weaving between different styles and experiences as one considered arc rather than three separate classes.

2:15 PM — Refresh and Lunch
Time to refresh, change and settle before an unhurried meal. We’ll share a thoughtfully prepared vegetarian lunch. Generous, nourishing and designed to complement the rhythm of the retreat, the meal will offer a moment to pause, connect and enjoy good food together. Vegan options will be available.

3:15 PM — Guided Facial Ritual
A guided facial ritual led by a skincare expert, using products you already know from the studio. A slow, sensory experience designed to leave you feeling refreshed, radiant and renewed.

4:15 PM — Pranayama
An intentional breath-led practice designed to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system and shift your internal state. Explore traditional pranayama techniques through guided breath, awareness and stillness.

4:45 PM — Meditation, Yin and Immersive Sound Bath
Restorative Yin practice lead by Corrine with hands-on assists and individual attention offered by Christina and Sarah. This closing experience invites the body and mind into deep stillness, creating space to soften, settle and fully unwind.
